The Pinelands Regional School District Safety & Security Committee is seeking your help in identifying and correcting safety and security concerns in the workplace.
Follow the link above to:
Describe the safety or school security issue, and
Describe your practical solution to address the problem.
The safety/security concern could be a hazardous condition, general employee functions that put an individual at risk and/or any condition that poses a threat to the safety and/or security of employees and students.
IF YOU HAVE AN IMMEDIATE ISSUE SUCH AS A BROKEN WINDOW THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BY BUILDINGS & GROUNDS,
PLEASE BE SURE TO OPEN A WORK ORDER THROUGH INCIDENTT IQ.
The Safety Award Program is designed to enhance our awareness of safety and school security issues that need to be resolved at our school, but does not replace the existing custodial & maintenance work order process. Thank you!
The Safety & Security Committee will review the submitted suggestions at its bi-monthly meeting to determine which would receive the monthly incentive award of a $25 Wawa gift card. An employee may submit multiple suggestions. The Safety & Security Committee will consider the suggestion in terms of the nature of the problem and the practical ability to correct the situation.
